Eejay Apparel makes every effort to display product colors, descriptions, and images accurately; however, variations may occur due to monitor settings or photography. All items are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and exclude any applicable taxes, duties, or shipping charges, which will be added at checkout. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Our integrated payment methods include card and bank transfer payment using Paystack and any other method displayed at checkout. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase.

Pricing Errors: If an error in pricing is detected, Eejay Apparel reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any payments received.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method. Eejay Apparel does not guarantee delivery times due to possible delays outside of our control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, or natural events.

International Shipping: Orders outside Nigeria may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation, which does not guarantee order acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons such as product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

8. Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can initiate a return within 24 hours of receipt, provided the item is unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items: Items on final sale, gift cards, and personalized orders are not eligible for return.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five (5) working days of receiving the returned item. Please contact customer service at Support to start the return process.
